- Evaluate the most appropriate ways in which data for reward and pay can be gathered and measured and develop insight from benchmarking data. Assess how benchmarking data can inform reward approaches.
- Explain legislative requirements that impact pay and reward.
Prepare a guidance document or presentation for the board of a reward proposal for your organization.
The presentation slides and supporting notes.
- An appraisal of competitors’ reward packages
- Explain what rewards/benefits you will offer and why
- Assessment of financial and non-financial implications to the organization, employees, and stakeholders
